When You Don't Trust the One You Love





Are you in a relationship, where it seems like there is no trust, but that's no reason? You feel like you are pulling hair out wondering what you did or how you can show yourself to your partner that you do not trust you. You say more and more to your loved one, "I do not believe me for no reason at all. I have never cheated, lied, snuck up on you or any other disloyal things we see happening today." Relationships are built on trust and honesty. Have a deep open conversation without either party getting upset. Remember that you are trying to find the reason for this feeling. You do not want to give a reason to stay upset. Set point blank about their past. Tell your partner to ask you point blank questions that are specific and stick to find out where it all began. While speaking from misunderstanding to try and remain patient, so it will continue to find out the reasons why. If you remain calm, lines of communication can remain open.
